Press: 2nd Street Mural I previously posted a link to an article about the 2nd Street Mural in the Mercury News. Here is another shout out from Phantom Galleries with photos during the painting.
Staying busy. Still working hard on comics pages. Really enjoying working on some sculptures. I'll have some pieces in this upcoming fundraiser show curated by Aileen Tat and Mike. Come out October 23rd
Thanks to all who came out this past Saturday to watch me live paint at Indy Art Fest. I'll be finishing the piece next weekend. Photos soon. I'm hard at work on some comics projects now.
On Saturday the 26th I'll be out in Golden Gate park doing a live painting for most of the day. Come by the music concourse (in front of the De Young / Academy) and see what I'm up to. I'll be working on the panels from 11am until 5pm so come during the midday. Bring me drawings, burritos, cupcakes, cash, etc. More info at the Indy Arts page I hope the weather holds up.

Both Kenji and Eric Taggart (separately) pointed me in the direction of this article about Jung's Red Book. Look at the illustration image. How amazing is that gonna be?
If you came to Barbarian then you saw the skulls and the cape made of animal hide. Paintings will be up at Barefoot thru Sept. Work by Pugnetti, Reiji, Kyle Pellet, Mike Martinez, Jimmy Lam, and Me.
I ran into Sean Boyles at the event and he showed me a sketchbook page he'd done of the Marvel roster and it moved me to tears. Here is a Wolverine from a few days back. I did it in my new base of operations: the Alamo Square hood of SF. I've got a great wood desk here that I am loving. You can see it creeping into the photo. I've got a Cyclops and Beast sitting on the drawing board too. But for now you just get Wolverine. This one is for all my kin. With love. You know exactly who you are.
